Ok, so still being processed; today in the community it said its on the way, confusing, on the way or not?

its been over 21 days since it was accepted; today it said it was on the way, however, no date was provided. on the way or not really?

Where exactly in the "community" did it say that?   TT tells you when your filing is on its way to the government, but is not advised when your tax refund has been issued.
