If you actually printed and mailed your return it was stacking up in trailers at the IRS.  I think the IRS just started opening the mail in June.  So it will probably be a long time.   Did you get a tracking number from the Post Office when you mailed it?   What is the "app confirms"?  Turbo Tax will always say Printed or Ready to Mail.  It doesn't know if or when you actually mailed it.

Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, the refund process is completely under the control of the IRS. The IRS says that most refunds would be issued within 21 days. But some returns need more processing and refunds will take longer, especially during these Covid-19 times when some IRS agents still work remotely.

Please read this IRS FAQ for more information.

This IRS document outlines IRS operations during Covid-19 times.

Please be patient, the situation will get better soon as some IRS agents are returning to their desks. You can check the status of your refund at this IRS web portal.

I actually didn’t get tracking, silly me. I’m thinking I may mail another copy out stating this is my second attempt in case? And I’ll be sure to get tracking this time..? Thanks.

The IRS requests that you do Not file another tax return if you have already mailed a tax return.

Go to this IRS website for information - https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-operations-during-covid-19-mission-critical-functions-continue

The IRS is not currently able to process individual paper tax returns. If you already have filed via paper but it has not yet been processed, do not file a second tax return or write to the IRS to inquire about the status of your return or your Economic Impact Payment. Paper returns will be processed   once processing centers are able to reopen.
