On my tax return, I've entered the wrong bank institution name but the right routing number and account number, will this affect my refund???

No this should not affect your tax refund.
The bank name is not used by the IRS in processing your return.
The IRS uses the bank routing number and your account number in processing your return.
As long as these numbers are correct your refund will not be affected by using the wrong bank institution name.
