On review, i am asked to make change to entry about providing less then 1/2 support. After I correct the entry, it is not being saved, and It keeps going back and asking me to make the same change.

If you are trying to change the information about a dependent, try deleting that dependent from the Personal Info section and then entering them again from scratch. See the screenshot below.
