It is under order details my fiance went from payment pending to payment complete. Mine still says payment pending with both being taken from the return.

May we get some clarification of your issue?  Is it stating payment pending but the payment was taken out?  Did you want your payment to be made a certain way and it wasn't?  Please post here for additional assistance.
