Other Parent claimed child for stimulus

Our daughter is 17 and we had 45% custody of her thru the years.  Last October of 2020 she moved in with us full time. Her mother had no choice in the matter.  By the time court was done we have full 100% custody.  Because she moved in with us, we had her over 50% of the year and should have been able to claim her on taxes. Her bio mom claimed her fraudulently because she wants the stimulus money coming this year. We have already filed our taxes and got our return but were told we can e-file a 1040X. We have text messages where she allowed her to live here full time, emails from child support services, court filings saying she moved in here and a response from her to the court saying she allowed her to move in here.  Our daughter is 17 and will sign a notarized statement saying she moved in here in October. Her drivers license and SS number all has our address.  Do you think we have a leg to stand on in this case?  Has anyone done this before?

Well if she turned 17 in 2020 then nobody gets a Stimulus payment or the Child Tax Credit for her.  Has to be under 17 on Dec 31.  That's all I can tell you.
