Question

Our federal return filed and accepted with Turbo Tax on 2/29/2020. Our status continues to show being processed. No way to talk to a person with IRS. How do I check ?

We do not see any way to directly ask IRS about our return. Everything, phone operators, local offices, are closed.

The online link is your best option to track your refund.  I have attached a link with more answers from the IRS as to why your refund may be taking longer to process.

There is a delay in processing the returns as the IRS is not processing anything paper at the moment due to Covid-19 and social distancing policies in effect.
