Paid for e-filing, without filing

Hi, I paid TurboTax$19.99 for e-filing after which I got window saying that my taxes have to be filed manually because w-2 form had code incompatible with e-filing. How do I know for sure that the e-filing didn’t happen and how do I get buck fee if it didn’t work ?

    Click on the File menu at the top left of the desktop program screen.  On Electronic Filing click on Check Electronic Filing Status.  If the tax return was not e-filed you will see the screen You Haven't E-filed a Tax Return Yet

     

    To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
