Paid Turbo to check my taxes- They still where not correct

I paid $30 for Turbo to go over my taxes and Oregon Adjusted them. I have not heard from Federal. Do I get my money back since I paid for Turbo to check them and they still had to be adjusted?

It sounds like the State made an adjustment due to a possible offset. You will be receiving a letter from Oregon, explaining why they made the adjustment to your State refund.
