I filed on February 1st and was told I would get a little over $3000 back.  I just received $361 from a TPG Products.  Will I receive my remaining amount owed?  This is the first year I used direct deposit and I am not happy!

it could be the IRS found errors and changed your return. if so you should receive an IRS notice in2 to 3 weeks

you can call the IRS

First choose your language.

When asked for SSN  do nothing it will ask twice

Then 2

Then 4

You should then be transferred  to an agent, but there is likely to be a long wait.
