Is there gonna be an issue if i filled married jointly with my husband who is a immigrant and never filled taxes im a us citizen

    No, you shouldn't have an issue if you file a Married Filing Jointly tax return with your husband,  who is a Green Card holder. 

    • Having a Green Card (officially known as a Permanent Resident Card allows you to live and work permanently in the United States.
