Pather!! Opt to 5days early , but didnt qualify, feea taken out , sbtpg saying no account found!!

Someone please tell me this happened to them I don't know where my refund is I have a date of 2/24 had fees taken out I'm a pather signed up for 5days early got a email other day saying I'm not being charged I can't get it early.. but sbtpg doesn't have an account for me . Turbo tax os showing I have am account but where I've called bother places 3 x each please tell me this happened to someone
