I paid to e-file, and then my returns got rejected. I am forced to send documents via USPS now.  When can I expect my reimbursement for that e-file purchase?

Do you mean state e-filing fees using desktop software?  If so, ask for help from customer support.

Customer support is available from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time

 

 

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

 

 

 

If you mean you used online software and mailed your returns instead of e-filing, the fee for online is the same whether you e-file or mail the return.
