I owe taxes this year. How can I pay to IRS? Thank you

In the File section of the program on Step 2, when you have taxes owed, you were give specific options on how to pay the taxes owed.  You cannot file a tax return without making a choice.  What did you choose?

I chose to pay by check. I was expecting information on where to send the check. The link you provided is helpful, I will follow instructions on that link to pay. It says that deadline was extended to July 15, 20, it applies to due payments too?

Yes.  Federal taxes owed on a 2019 tax return, now can be paid on or before July 15, 2020 without penalty.
