Payment issues

I have been trying to complete and pay for return but everytime I complete the payment detaisl i am getting the below message.
"An error has occurred
There has been an error accessing your online session. You can 'Try Again', but if you continue to get this message, please select 'Exit', and log back in later."
Please advice and how to fix. Thanks

Have you tried a different browser to see if that makes any difference?    Are you using Online TurboTax, or are you using the Mobile App?

If you don't get any suggestions in this forum, then please phone TurboTax Support during business hours.
