Payment Plan

We currently have a payment plan for 2023. For 2024, we still owe federal taxes. Can what we owe for 2024 be rolled into the remaining balance of 2023’s payment plan? Or are we allowed to setup an additional plan for 2024?

    I suggest you contact the IRS.  

     

    • A condition of your payment plan from 2023 is that you would keep your taxes current in the years that follow.
    • You have not.
