Please, refund the bill, and charge only the standard fee for simple tax refund. No one assisted me with tax refund, were closed. Please can you help me?

No one in this forum will be able to issue a refund. You'll need to contact TurboTax Customer Support for assistance. Use the info I'm linking below to contact Support during business hours.

NOTE: When entering your topic, don't use the word "refund". You'll be routed to an automated line dealing with tax refunds. Instead, use the words "Billing Issue".
