Please tell me how to make this go through I put my taxes in on April 15 2019 and still will not go through please just do it by mail and let me get a refund

So you have not been able to e-file and just want to mail it now? You have to pay your TurboTax fees in order to print out your return. TurboTax does not mail it for you. YOU have to mail it.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and must be mailed to separate addresses.
