Need to print form 1096 and 1099-NEC Copy A on red irs approved forms

Turbo Tax does not print on the pre printed or red forms. If you use the Quick Employer Forms you don't need the red forms since they are efiled. You can print the employee W2 on blank white paper.

If you use the built in W2/1099 Reporter you can print them out, then copy them to the blank forms to mail to the IRS or Social Security.

Maybe I don't want to efile my 1099 and 1096 forms! I personally think TurboTax is pushing the efile aspect simply as a revenue stream by not giving its customers the option to print on preprinted forms. I guess I'll have to hand write mine and let the IRS have to enter my data if the scan doesn't work. I'll bet they love those.
