My forms will not print, I click on the print button for saving a copy for my records, the cursur spins for a few seconds and then nothing happens. I have verified that the printer works, I've restarted Turbo Tax multipe times. Still nothing

Some  users have found they can create a PDF by going up to the TOP line menu clicking on "File" and then selecting Save-to-PDF from the dropdown menu.

...........(and not the File tab in your tax return...the File tab in the very top line on the TTX window)

    __________

But that's just the last workaround I saw in several posts....mostly hitting folks using a MAC

This was a problem but was corrected in a recent update.

You may need to do a manual update.

    What is a manual update?

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

    • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
    • Using a different browser
    • Opening an Incognito Window
