Printing my Tax Return to Mail to IRS

I found out today (bad me) that my 2019 return never got processed, and online submission was rejected. I've now been advised to print out my tax return and mail to the IRS. However, my tax return is 292 pages. Do I have to print out that entire document to mail to the IRS??? That's a ton of paper and I'm not sure my printer can handle it. And if I send it out to a service like Staples, etc., than others will have access to my personal info. Please advise. Thank you.

When printing the 2019 federal tax return for mailing you only need to print the Form 1040 and any other forms or schedules which have an Attachment Sequence Number entered in the upper right corner of the form or schedule.  All the other pages are worksheets and For Your Information Only pages which are Not to be filed with the federal tax return.

Print, sign, date the Form 1040 on page 2 of the form and mail the tax return to the IRS.  Include with the mailed return any forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld.  Go to this IRS website for mailing addresses - https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment

There are no penalties for filing a tax return after the due date if filing for a tax refund or there are no taxes owed.
