Problem amending return

Hi,

A few days after filing my Federal return I realized that I needed to amend it.

This was on February 9th. Using my desktop TurboTax    I tried to do an amendment.

I got the message due to updating  tax laws ? , I would have to wait until February 15th.

Today I had TurboTax update, but still get same message and now it says I need to wait until February 22nd.

Is this normal or a glitch in the system?

    That is normal.  The capability of creating and filing an amended return for the current tax year is generally not available until the end of February or early March.
