I file my taxes on 01/20/2022 The IRS start accepting and processing tax returns today 01/24/2022 my returns say pending and it say Federal return accepted 02/02/2022 so will my return be process today or on 02/02/2022?

We don't know when your return will be Accepted by the IRS. A few days won't matter. The IRS only Accepts it FOR processing. Then it will take a long time to process the returns and send the refunds. And if you have certain credits like the EIC or Child credits they won't send those refunds until the end of February.

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
