Purchased Self-Employed & State Taxes Online 2022 but did not file in time...now what?

Hi,

 

I purchased the self-employed online option plus pre-paid for state but did not file my taxes. I logged back in today (I am getting a refund) and it says I can't use online anymore and have to use download version. But I tried to download the desktop version and it wants me to pay for it - but I already paid for TT Fed & State this year. What do I do?

Youi will need to contact TurboTax support on Monday, 11/13/2023, and talk with an agent and ask that they push a 2022 desktop installation file to your download account so that you can complete and file the 2022 tax return.  Use the key words Billing Issue

The 2022 tax return can now only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.
