Purchased the wrong version. I uninstalled. Can I get a refund?

    This is the public user forum.  No one here can access your account or authorize any sort of refund for you.  You can make your request with Customer Support.

     

    They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific timeMonday - Friday

     

    Use the word ”billing” instead of the word “refund.”

    What did you buy and what do you need?  If you bought the Desktop program all the versions have the same forms so you can use a lower version.  If you want to upgrade you can right  inside the program.  Or did you buy or need the separate Business program?
