Question in 1040-X amend form to add 1098-T form

I am trying to amend the 2021 Tax because I missed adding the 1098-T form and I would like to maximize my deductible. I e-filed my 2021 Tax and IRS accepted it and I've already received tax returns but I realized that there is Lifetime Learning Credit based on the 1098-T form and I would like to get those deductions as well.

I am currently proceeding to amend via TurboTax Download but while entering the 1040-X form, there is a question I cannot answer.

Form IL-1040-X

Step 1 F. Check the box that identifies why you are making this change.

**Federal change accepted on Date:

**NOL accepted on Date:

State change

I didn't get any letter or changes from either federal or NOL and my state doesn't change. But the program says I need to check one entry. I just would like to add my 1098-T form to maximize my tax return. Should I just submit it with no entry?

You should check Federal Change accepted on and fill the date your amended Federal return is accepted.

The amended state return should be filed after the Federal amended return.
