Question

Re 8582. 2015 to 2016 carryover needs correction.How to do this via TT so current carryover correct? No tax owed issues over those year. Just need correct for future. ?

Used TT in 2015 (disc) and moved  to online 2016. Online TT account does not contain the 2015.

What, if anything, will change for tax years 2022 and forward by changing your 2015-2016 return?

The passive loss carryover is less than it should be going forward.  At some point I anticipate I may be able to use that missed amount to offset passive net income from investment property.
