Solved

Received a 2nd W2 from my employer listing only an entry in Box12,12P. There is no income listed in box 1 and this is not corrected. Do I need to file this?

This W2 is reporting moving expense reimbursement paid by the employer to the employee. You should have previously received a W2 with your wages reported in Box 1. You would enter this second W2 in order to report the moving expense reimbursement. If you paid this amount as a moving expense, the reimbursement is not taxable.
