Received a $5.00 refund on my credit card from Turbo Tax. Don't know why.

I e-filed my state return using TT for a fee of $24.99 which was posted to my credit card. I subsequently received a credit card refund of $5.00 with the description "Offer: Turbo Tax". I don't have any idea how or why. I didn't sign up for any offers that I know about. Where can I get an explanation?

No one in the user forum has access to your account. If you want to ask about the $5 you can call customer support and ask about "billing."
