Received Fed Refund 3/18. Where is NC refund?

I received my Fed direct deposit on 3/18. When I go into NCDOR to ask "Where is my refund", the system informs me that it is in Process #1 of 5. How do I find more information?. Appears as they are processing it as a "mail in"; OR delaying refund due to funds availability.
