I received a W2 for a total of $250 of earned income. Do I have to amend my tax return if it is accepted or can I add the W2 for my 2021 tax returns when I file next year?

You can’t add a 2020 W-2 to your 2021 return. After your return is processed and you received your refund or paid your tax due you can amend your return. But since the amount of the additional W-2 is so small you could just let the IRS adjust your tax and pay the small amount of interest charged.
