Received less than half of my federal refund from TPG bank. Tried contacting them. After entering SSN and filing status, the line hangs up. Does anyone know how to fix?

Received less than half of my federal refund from TPG bank. Tried calling them and after entering my SSN, the automated system asked to enter filing status. I select the appropriate option and after being asked to confirm, the automated system asked again to select filing status. This happens about 2-3 times before the line finally hangs up on me. How do I get the rest of my refund?
