Hello,
I only received partial federal refunds. I checked on the IRS account transcript. I saw a negative balance of -$3733. I looked down and it is the earned income tax credit. My federal refund was $5007, and I only received $1274 issued to my bank account.
What does that mean? Will I get a delayed EITC to my bank account? Was I disqualified?
