Receiving less then half of the amount of refund from tpg

I received my return in the beginning of March and I only received 2,043 out of the 4,824 I was suppose to receive. I called the IRS to see what collections or oddest I have on the account to see why my money was held… the irs stated it had to do with turbo tax and their banking… you guys owe me 2,614 dollars back to be exact… can someone or an agent help me get my money back bc this is fraud for my money to held for no reason at all I selected for the fees to come out my return and the total amount of fees was 167 so there is absolutely no reason I have not received my money.  Can a turbo tax specialist help me asap.
