Recieved refund but IRS lowered refund amount due to CTC

Hi all,

I received my refund but is around 2k less. IRS stated on the notice that

Error was in one of the following

- Computation of credit on schedule 8812

-Transfer of the amount to your tax return (628D)

I looked at the computation of child tax credit on 8812 but did not see anything wrong. As for the 628D I'm not understanding where to look for that.

Is there a turbo tax service I can reach out to or pay for to help review my tax return?

I purchased Audit defense also is that something i can use to get help to review the tax return? Or is that only if I get audited.

Thank you!

    I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE IRS/STATE

TurboTax does not receive any information from the IRS or your state after your return was filed, so no one at TurboTax knows about a letter you received from the IRS or the state.

I GOT A LETTER FROM THE IRS

    I AM BEING AUDITED

    AUDIT SUPPORT

TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support.   At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support".  Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter.  Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.
