Redid loss carry forward with amended return. For both state & Fed. Do I need to send both returns to the fed and state or can I send each their respect return?
Does the fed need the state return also?
Only send the Amended Federal Return to IRS.
For the State, look at the Amended Return cover sheet instructions in TurboTax, as some states require the Federal Return also. Your state (which I do not know) may be one of them. If unsure, send the State the Amended State return with copy of the Federal attached to it (for information only).
