My line is fully blue what does that mean?

The blue bar is used as a guide and fills up as you approach your soon to be posted refund date. However more information should be posted soon and you can continue to track your refund here: https://www.irs.gov/refunds. It has the most up to date information available about your refund. The tool is updated daily (usually overnight) so you will just usually need to check once a day.
