I filed in February it is now April and I still haven’t received my state taxes or stimulus check

You can go to your state's Department of Revenue web site and find Where's My Refund?

You type in your information and it will tell you the status of your refund.

For the Stimulus Payment, the IRS has set up a portal where you can track your payment at:
