i got accept by the IRS for my federal return on 01/21/2022 , and after getting accepted they said that i will receive my refund advance a hour after and haven't got anything. I used credit karma

You do not "get" the refund loan until your tax return has been accepted by the IRS. The IRS will begin to accept/reject returns on January 24. Watch your emails.

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.

Once accepted the application goes thru another review and the advance can be declined. The offer was not guaranteed if you read the contract you signed. Check your email for notification from the bank.

Not all consumers will qualify for a loan or for the maximum loan amount. If approved, your loan will be for one of ten amounts: $250, $500, $750, $1,000, $1,500, $2,000, $2,500, $3,000, $3,500, or $4,000. Your loan amount will be based on a portion of your anticipated federal refund to a maximum of 50% of that refund amount (minus any stimulus payment credit, also known as Recovery Rebate Credit). You will not receive a final decision of whether you are approved for the loan until after you file your taxes. Loan repayment is deducted from your federal tax refund and reduces the subsequent refund amount paid directly to you.

If approved, your Refund Advance will be deposited into your Credit Karma Money TM Spend (checking) account, typically within 1 hour after the IRS acceptance of your e-filed federal return.
