How long does it take after you e-file to receive your refund? And is there a place I can look to check the process of my refund like the IRS application? How long before I get my verification letter after filing and do they send one for just state or both?

Yes you should get an email from TurboTax when your federal and state returns are accepted.

You can track the status of your return on the IRS Where's My Refund? site. That is where you will find the most up-to-date information regarding the status of your tax return and a specific date of when to expect your refund.
Per the IRS, most refunds are received within 21 days from the time a return has been accepted and a refund option is selected. If you selected direct deposit, once the IRS sends the money to your bank the time frame for seeing the deposit in your account is based upon how quickly your bank accepts and deposits the funds.

For additional information, please see the TurboTax FAQ When will I get my IRS refund?

For information on the progress of your state tax return, see the TurboTax FAQ: How do I track my state refund?

I did all of that I got my verification from state and did that process. However I still cannot access my federal information on the irs app or over the phone. I used all the information provided after I filled along with my social and it’s saying that it’s not found or correct. I even did the amendment option in case there was an issue with that. Same result. It stated that I had to wait until I received a notification saying that it was accepted and I did but I still can’t get any answers. I’m beginning to get frustrated. Is it possible to speak with a live rep. to help me with the process or give me answers?

    I filled

March 9th and still haven’t received anything from the irs. Turbo tax sent me an acceptance email but not the irs. It’s been a little over a week and I still haven’t gotten the 24 hour email that they are referring to. I need to speak with someone immediately.

Tax Products PE4 SBTPG is the bank that processes your refund that it receives from the IRS to deduct your fees and then send it on to your bank. You apparently chose the option to have your TurboTax fees paid from your federal refund. Please click How do I review my fees in TurboTax Online? to learn more.

The refund amount changing could mean that the IRS or your state adjusted your return based on information that they had that is different than what you reported. Generally, the state or the IRS will send a letter notifying you of the changes.

Other missing dollar amounts may be caused by a refund offset. This is when the government applies part or all of a taxpayer's refund towards the taxpayer's past-due income tax, child or spousal support, student loans, or state unemployment compensation debts.
