Refund delay?

I received notification from TurboTax that my 2020 return was accepted by the IRS on March 25, 2021 but I've still not received my refund and the IRS tracking tool still shows as "in process". Should I be concerned, particularly with today as filing deadline?

No, your return has been filed and they are processing it so you have definitely filed on time!

If it shows ''in process'', that means that only the IRS knows what the delay is, unfortunately. They are reviewing something on your return, but that something could be anything. You can either try contacting them or wait for correspondence that will arrive by US mail.
