Refund delay credit Karma

My refund was sent to STBG which has been confirmed they sent to Credit Karma account today still have not received deposit I have never had any issues in the past I always used my bank account Capital One always received the day the IRS website stated. I used advance services and STBG took fees and sent to credit Karma however no deposit with the difference this is insane I will never use these products again I got a small advance $250 and now they are holding 6k it’s the 26th now the day I should have received as IRS site states refund sent and STBG bank has received and taken there funds back but no deposit in to my Credit karma account. This is wrong on so many levels will report back if my funds are received.

Same it’s annoying!

I’m having the same issue. Still just waiting and I’m waiting to speak with someone via chat and it is a 91 minute wait. So I’m sure this is the issue for everybody. And it truly sucks

Did u ever get a hold of them what they say I've been restricted 3 times and keeps adding more time 93 to 73 to 68 waited each time.

Yeah they have no information they don't see any deposit even though I called s TG and they said that it's been sent to them

I'm waiting for my tax refund as well this is insane why haven't I got it yet this is messed up never doing credit karma again

Yes it was for today it was a long delay but it finally came

Yeah I don’t believe I’ll be using them again next year either
