My refund request was accepted since feb. We are in May and no refund ... Are turbo tax thieves??

Once your return is submitted to the IRS TurboTax doesn't have control over what is being done with it. You should track your refund through the IRS website using the "Where's my refund?" tool located here. That should tell you where your refund is at and when or if you can expect it or if the IRS made changes to your tax return.

I mean a refund from turbo tax for their service. I finaly used an other provider and turbo tax accepted to refund me. I didn t reveived the refund...

I called them 3 times since feb. I waited more than 1 hour. They told me that the refund will be proceed. Nothing since... 2 months for a refund, and already approved.... It s unnacceptable. Never ever ever work with turbo tax!!
