Refund says today, haven’t received

People need solutions and not the run around. There is not a clear chain of order and although I understand TT has no information on the matter but no solution is offered either, from anyone people are getting desperate and frustrated. People need an answer. I don’t think we need to be rude to these people of service either. I’m at the point I’m going to get it eventually, but since this is the longest process ever in my tax history, I will not be trying anything new next tax season.

@ZTT  we understand you don't handle refunds yet you misinform clients with bad information. Now according to turbotax, they do work with credit karma which is the company assigned to issue our refunds via the credit karma card so while you may  feel a type of way about the disgruntled clients calling in looking for their money, turbotax should take some ownership as to where people refunds are because they hire the 3rd party bank to do the transfers and again they partner with credit karma and has mislead people into believing that they can help us get our refund faster. Now it's one thing to not get it 5 days faster as they promised but it's a different ball game to wake up on deposit day to no deposit. You're human so you know whats up. It's not your money missing so you have an issue with someone asking questions yet if it was yours you'd understand where we are coming from. Lighten up, you're just an employee not their spokesman so don't attempt to fight a battle that you have no fight in.

@ZTT  I don’t believe I was placing the blame on any specific entity. I asked a question. I’m sorry that you are dealing with what you are. However, my question was not originally posted for you to have a stress outlet. Or to YELL AT ANYONE. I hope your day improves. 

I have but its short 232, seems like this 3rd party company is a scam and both them and turbo tax should be sued for stealing people money!

I was suppose to get my deposit today, also. I had to wait an hour and a half to talk to someone due to “high volume of calls”. She couldn’t figure out why the funds weren’t deposited  and she didn’t see a pending deposit; but she did confirm that’s what most of the phone calls were about. So it’s happening to many other people 

Mine as well says today the 26th but nothing yet.

I think it’s just a scam the 5 day early they sent me a whole outline saying it’s arrived with an amount and my irs hasn’t even updated to approved on wmr and my account has no deposit. I believe this is very deceptive of TurboTax and people like me deserve an apology and explanation and extra money for the lie because that’s what it is a lie

I haven’t received mine either and this is just unacceptable I have family and friends who have filed after me with other places and they already received their money.

For me it looks like Santa Barbara bank took out there fee, and then deposited my refund back into there account instead of mine.  Now I can't get them on the phone.
