Refund shown as soon as trying to Amend 2021 E-filed return - Incorrect Original AGI and other fields in 1040-X

I am using a Download version of Home and Business 2021 and there is BUG is creating Amendments.  I had paid the federal taxes due when I had filed for extension of the 2021 return. Subsequently I had e-filed the return.

I have now received a W2C for 2021 from Employer with minor additional income.
Issues I see are :
1. As soon as I go to Amend the already e-filed and accepted 2021 return I see federal refund amount.  This is a bit less than the tax due amount that I had paid on April 20, 2021 when extension was filed.

2. Also when I update the W2 and check the1040X  line 1 - Original AGI it also has a increase a bit less than the refund amount shown,

This clearly points to a BUG in the program.
Also how can I talk to support and show them the issue and get help.

Thanks and Regards,

Thanks @Anonymous_ for the page about contact information for support.  Any idea why I immediately get a refund option when my W2C has some additional wage amount ?  I had gone all the way to the end of the interview and smart review.

When amending STOP looking at the sometimes confusing Refund-O-Meter and only look at the1040X ... Switch to the FORMS mode :

Look at the form 1040X …

Column A should have the figures from the original return, Column C the corrected figures and Column B the differences between the other 2 which needs an explanation on page 2 of the form 1040X.

If you completed it correctly you will see an entry on either line 16 OR 18:

On line 16 should be the amount you paid with your original return. If you paid nothing already then this line should be zero.

On line 18 should be the amount of your original refund you received.  If you have not received your refund yet then you need to wait for it.  If the refund changes from what you expected then this line must reflect that change.

Then you will see your extra refund on line 22 OR  the new balance due you need to pay on line 20.
