Refund Smaller Than Should Be

My "Expected refund with fees" was $5,715.00. I had only one offset of $1,101.96. TPG deposited $3,047.18. The math Isn't adding up I'm missing $1,567.86.

The Issue Is TPG keeping my money, nothing else. The IRS website confirms the amount I should be getting $4,615.04 (AKA my return minus the offset). I've reached out to TPG with no response. I paid Turbotax for a service and the bank they contracted stole my (and apparently a lot of other people's) money! @MinhD @SForrestLO
