I filed my taxes a week ago. My status shows file has been transmitted, but when I download the completed return, I see "Do Not File " on some of my forms, Why?

Has my federal return been filed ?

The "Do Not File" watermark is present on forms that have not been finalized by IRS. Once the final approval updates, you can print the updated forms. The good news is that it did not prevent you form transmitting your return for 2019.
