refund status

I am totally confused.... I received notice that my refund had been sent on April 15, 2025.  However, I have not received it, have no knowledge of who Green Dot Bank is and can not get any information from them.  I have never experienced this in all the years we have done business.  What's up with that.

Did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees by having the fees deducted from your federal refund instead of paying with a credit or debit card before you e-filed?  If so, your refund is coming to you via the third party bank that handles refund processing

What is Refund Processing Service?

 

 

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

Thank you for the info. I don't know why I did it that way since I usually just use my credit card.  Hope they enjoy using my money.... sorry it wasn't more! What concerns me is how they get my info and how they use it. At my age, I'm still learning from my mistakes!  Thank you for your time.
