Question

Refund was to be direct deposited. On 4-15-22, IRS sent letter said add'l processing needed and mailed a check. No refund so filed form 3911. Still no ck. Help!

I also sent two different letters showing where our refund was accepted by IRS, the page that shows our refund was mailed out on 4-15-22.  No one answers the phone there and our local office can't help.  Any suggestions on what else I can do?
