Rejected Federal and State returns - refund request

I had filed an extension in April and then just filed my Federal and State returns online through TurboTax

on the deadline of 10/16/23.    I was unable to get the rejection corrected despite numerous attempts on

10/16.  The issue was a [problem with TT recognizing the correct AGI and PIN numbers, which I had confirmed as correct.

Thus, as the correct info was not accepted I proceeded to print the returns and get them postmaked mailed out in time by the USPS on 10/16/23.

I had paid a fee for the State filing, but was unable to take advantage due to the snafu.   I would like to petition Intuit/Turbo Tax for a refiund of the online filing fee of $26.66,

Can anyone assist with how i would undertake that task?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
